- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very Poor service. Photos of bad work. I trusted them and gave them a house key. I ended up employing another plumber to fix their work as I thought any more 3 times and 12 weeks to have a go at fixing things was too much as they damaged the cast bath and new cushioned flooring received a hole in it when I was out. New plumber took 1hr 30 mins and its now sound and water tight. Paid them cash on request and no refund offered to cover cost of repair bill . They were paid £420 cash and due to their own omissions of messing us around early on they didnt charge us for disconnecting the gas fire however this was hardly a 3rd of what it cost me for arranging to pay a real plumber to make the job water tight.By Admin, March 24, 2019
